Returns Policy


SIZING -Please double check size and color of your clothes carefully before buying (The specific size will be found on each product's purchasing page). Disclaimer: Actual color may vary from images shown.

ORDER PROCESSING- Orders will generally be shipped within two (2) - three (3) business days after receipt of full payment. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  If your order is confirmed delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.  We do not issue refund for packages that shows that it has been delivered.

SHIPPING POLICY-To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Melissa Faye Collections, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it.  You must follow up with the United States Postal Service. 

 Melissa Faye Collections is not responsible for package(s) that shows complete delivery. All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via Priority Mail shipping can take 2-3 business days to arrive once shipped. This is just an estimate not a guarantee, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. 

 Melissa Faye Collections, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order.  Upon inquiry, Melissa Faye Collections will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
